- Win or lose this summer, Cuccinelli says his health-care suit headed to D.C. — I will obviously be following this case very closely, as I grew up in Virginia and also followed the passage of the health care law pretty closely. Cuccinelli thinks his suit challenging the constitutionality of the law has a “better than even chance” of winning on the merits. We shall see.
